Hello everybody, as you know I love hyaluronic acid, so I always in the look for the perfect serum that helps my Sahara dry skin to be hydrated. So, for the last few weeks I have been using this serum and I have used it up completely. Here are my thoughts about it.

Brand: The Ordinary, by Deciem
Country: Canada
Main Ingredients: Hyaluronic acid and Vitamin B5, both great hydrators.
Purpose: This serum i is made to hydrate your skin and help your skin retain it. As I say before Hyaluronic acid it has the same effect as drinking water: It helps us staying hydrate and function. This is not an anti-aging product.
For whom is good: For all skin types, all ages. It is very light weight so oily skins will be hydrated without clogging their pores. Also suitable for sensitive skins.
When to use it: It can be added in either in the AM or PM, after cleaning the skin. Frequency – Daily.
Free of: Silicones – Alcohol – Nuts – Gluten – Oil
Vegan: Yes
Tested on animals: No. It is cruelty free
Safe for pregnant women: Yes
Size: 30 ml and recently Deciem has launched a 60 ml version. Mine was 30 ml.

My opinion: I’m a huge fan of Hyaluronic acid and specially if is combined with Vitamin B5 and is a key ingredient in my skincare routine as my skin is on the drier side. I’m always willing to try new serums that have it.
On the other hand, this product has a very attractive price point that make it accessible for everyone.
MThis is an Ok product. Has a good formulation, the price point is great but is not hydrating enough for me. So, I ended up using more product or another moisturizer to make my skin feel hydrated. Again, remember my skin is dry so I need it a lot of help. But if you skin is combination of oily, I think this is perfect for you as is very lightweight.
Pecas’s tip: this will be great for the summer as it absorbs very quickly
How long did it last: Using it every morning for 45 days.
Score: 3/5 – Average
Will I repurchase it: No
Price point: 30 ml: 6.8€ | $7.2| £5.9
