Hello ! how are you are doing today?
Well today y reached my week 6 during quarantine. 42 days. I have a managed it very well for the most part. Until yesterday
Yesterday I had a day off. I was irritable and with zero motivation to do anything. And nothing out of the ordinary happened. I just felt down. So I decided to take it slow and chill.
And I have to say I’m very fortunate as I’m able to work from home, we have food in our house, we are healthy, but I’m human and for the first time since I have been in lockdown I felt down.
But anyway, I did make some progress on my challenge so let get down with
- Run 4.5K
- Weight myself
- Prepare Healthy meal
Goal 1: Done! It was tought by I manage to made it under 30 min
Goal 2: Done! I’m planning to do it on a weekly basis. I have a scale that measure your weight , % fat , water, etc. I won’t share my weight but I will share the other metrics as is where I want to focus
- Body Fat: 35,3% My goal is 25%
- BMI: 26.7 My goal is 24
- Muscle Mass: 61,4% My goal is 63%
- Body water: 45,8% my goal is 47%
Goal 3: Done!
I prepare veggie tacos that were super tasty
The recipe is very simple:
Blue corn tortilla ( you can use any kind), grilled corn, Onion, Cilantro, Goat Cheese and chili creamy sauce.
- 45 min functional exercises
- 1.5 L of water
- Organize document folder
Day 8 was a total fail. I didn’t manage to do anything, But I went out for a walk to decompress and relax as I was having a hard day.
