Hello everybody! How are you doing?
I’m doing fine, This week I have very focused on work I have tons (thank god) and also paying a little bit more attention on what I eat. Also trying to organize my home a little better.
So for this last day of the challenge I did almost good I will tell you why:
Goal 1: Run 4.5K Done! . I’m really working on my resistance so when I feel conformatbel with a distance I increased. This has been my most confortable run since teh quarantine, time flew by which is a good sign.
Goals 2: Weight myself Done! Super happy with the initial results. I’m doing this weekly and i’m focusing in certain numbers, so If I compare from last week I think I did very good
- Body Fat: 34.3% Reduction of 1.3% from last week. yes!!! 🙂
- BMI: 26.6 reduction of 0.1
- Muscle Mass: 62,4% Increase of 1% My training is paying off 🙂
- Body water: 46,5% 1% more, yes!!!
Goal 3: Have one meal of the day without carbs. Done! I love carbs and they are halthey but If I want to really starting to get a better body composition I need to balance them better. So I eat a nice salad very fullfilling but without carbs. I hope I can sustain this goal.
