Hello everybody! How ar eyou doing? I’m fine and enjoying a holiday day her ein the NL and It is sunny! so in a couple of hours I will go to the park for a walk and enjoy a few minutes outside.
Continuing with the #letsdoitchallenge I’m very proud as I hit a couple of milestones I had in my list for a while, and the challenge is helping me to be accounatbel and stick to my goals. I hope I can maintain the attitude in the future.
Goal 1: Run 5K Done! I haven’t run 5k in months and I felet really good and I was super happy that finally reach it. Years ago I was able to run 10K without any problem but stopped running and didn;t feel motivated to resume it. But I’m back on track. Now I need to work in improve my time (I want to do it in les that 30 min). Great way to start the day!
Goal 2: Meatless Day: Done! as I mentioned last week I’m trying to reduce my meat intake and have 1 day per week where I don’t eat meat and i’m loving it!. I get more creative in the kitchen and come up with tasty options.
Goal 3: Explore new green areas in my hood. Done! My boyfriend and found a nice little garden close to our house where people have thei small garden houses and it super peacful and alnmost nobody is there so is perfect to enjoy nature with proper #socialdistancing.
