Hello everybody, how are you? I’m fine and quite happy. Yesterday in The Netherlands, was announce the system on when the COVID 19 measures will be eased. It will take 5 Phases and I hope that people follow it so we can avoid a second wave. But I’m happy that some business will be back on track.
On my challenge I have a so-so progress but I’m still going
I did nothing. nothing. I didn’t have much energy, so I decided to rest and get resume the next day. It was important to listened to my body and not push it.
Goal 1: Run 5K Done! It was hard, I stopped a couple of times, but I was super happy when I finished and reached my goal. My time is not the best, but I will get back to my best time from years ago, If I keep my running schedule. Let’s do it!
Also it was the firts time I was running in short, clearly I need a tan.
Goal 2: Weight my self. Done! Quite happy with my second week. I lost a little bit of weight, but didn’t reduce my % fat, So I’m assuming that I lost muscle mass, but Is part of the journey
- Weight down: 0.6 kg.
- Body Fat: 34.3%. No changes from last week.
- BMI: 26.5 reduction of 0.1.
- Muscle Mass: 61,7% . -0.6%
- Body water: 46% -0.5%
Goal 3: Eating more Greens at night. Done! I made an easy and yummy salad with few ingredients.
