This week the weather in Amsterdam has been glorious, yerterday we had 26C and sunny, this is very rare here. It have helped to get back on track and move outside, now that I have feeling better.
So in the last 2 days my mojo and healtha haveare back on track and here is my progress.
Goal 1: Run 3.5K Done!
I started with a loer distamce to see how my body reacted and then complemented with a 5K walk around the park. The area I alked was very isolated and gave me some space and peace to be with myself.
Goal 2: Cook something healthy and out of my usual recipes Done!
I wante dto do a Pad Thai but I didn’t have all the ingredients, so I create some sort of Thai chicken noodles and they were delicious.
Goal 3: Drink 1.5 L of water. Done!
This is still not easy for me but I’m getting there
Goal 1: Bike ride of minimum 1 hour. Done!
Yesterday the day was so beautiful, The boyfriend and me went for a bike ride to teh south of Amsterdam and was beautiful. There wern;t so many people out and the day was sunny and with the perfect tempeture. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up doing 32K and almost 3 hours riding. We ended up in Amsterdam Bos a beautiful park in the south of Amsterdam that is huge!
Goal: 2. Enjoy some quality time with the boyfriend. Done!
We have decided to really had some time to ourselves to talk without phones, or andy distractions, so we took advantge of the good weather and we had dinner at teh terrace and relax and reconnect . Felt so good.
Goal 3: Drink 1.5L of water. Done!
This will be a constant as I’m not used to drink water through the day. But slowly is becoming a habit., But still is not easy.
