Darphin Hydraskin intensive serum review

Hello everybody! Today I will share with you my review of this serum that I have used for the last 3 months. This serum was my first products from Darphin I have ever used. I decided to start with a serum as Darphin is world known for the great serums they make.

On the other hand, my skin is dry and sensitive so I choose to try this hydrating serum and see how my skin reacted to it. Lets dive into how did it go.

Brand: Darphin, founded in 1958

Country: France

Main ingredients: Glycerin, Hyaluronic acid and Pomegranate extract

Purpose: Hydrate and protect skin from losing moisture.

Texture: Water-light serum

For whom is good: Suitable for all skin types, specially dry and dehydrated ones.

Free of: Parabens, mineral oil, phthalates and formaldehyde

Vegan: Yes

Cruelty free: No, they do not test on animals, but they are sold in mailand China.

Safe for pregnant women: Yes

Size: 30 ml

Shelf life: 12 months

Packaging: Glass bottle with a pump and a cardboard box

Sustainability score: The container used recycled glass and the company is working on using as little plastic as possible. More than 90% of the ingredients are natural using responsible sourcing.

My opinion: this is an excellent hydrating serum. It does the job in a effective way. Has a very light texture that you skin will absorb very quickly. After using it you will feel your skin, soft, hydrated and plump.

I used it in my morning routine, after my vitamin C serum and whenever I need a boost of hydration.

Don’t be fooled by the size of the bottle (it looks very small), it lasted almost 3 months using it everyday. You don’t need much product as a little goes a long way and does the job.

If you have dry o dehydrate skin you will love it.

How I use it: I used every morning after my vitamin C serum.

How long did it last: 3 months

What I like the most: How soft and healthy my skin is when I’m using it.

Score: 4/5. Excellent

Will I repurchase it: Yes

Where you can buy it: you can buy directly from Darphin page or large retailers in your home country.

Price: 51€ |$79 | £49 (I bought mine using a discount of 30% in a local retailer in NL, so always be in the lookout for promotions).

Have you used any of the products from Darphin before?

What has been your experience?

Note: there are no affiliate links in this post and I have purchased the product mentioned.
