It seem forever since I did an empties post. Life has been busy and to be honest didn’t have many empties to share, so I waited to have a decent amount to share my opinions with you. So here we go:
😍 I love it! – 😊 I like it, included it in my rotation list – 😑 Did nothing
😒 I didn’t it like it at all.
HAIR
😒 – Hask – Monoi Coconut oil Conditioner. The same as the shampoo, didn’t like this conditioner at all. For me did nothing and really left my hair really flat and heavy with no volume. Yes, the smell is amazing, but I won’t purchase it again.
😍 – Davines OI Absolute Beautifying potion. I received this deluxe sample as part of a purchase with gift and man what a surprise. This Oil is the bomb dot com, it really protects my hair and add a little shine to it without making your hair heavy of flat. I have seen a difference and is now become my holy grail. Davines has excellent products, but this exceed all my expectations and the smell is amazing. I will repurchase for sure.
FACE
😒 – Pixi FortifEYE eye patches – Uff, I really don’t have luck with Pixi products this is my fifth product from the cosmetic brand and again did nothing. and I’m sure is a great brand but for some weird reason their products don’t do anything to my skin. And the FortifEYE is another example, the patch presentation is not for me, is uncomfortable, they slide on your face and at the need my eyes didn’t look more restore nor hydrated..nothing. I don’t think I will try another product from the brand from now one.
😑 – Timeless Squalene Pure – This is an ok product, I mean is a squalene oil that nourish your skin, but I think there are better squalene oil on the market, like the one from The Ordinary or Indeed labs. Nice but I won’t repurchase it.
😍 – Embryolisse Eau de Beauté Rosamélis mist – Looooove this mist. I discovered in the French pharmacy in Amsterdam and as I was looking for a hydrating mist this seems a good choice. This product is excellent, the mist is soft, it hydrates your skin with rose, orange blossom, cornflower and hamamelis flower water. It doesn’t contain alcohol and the price point for 200 ml is excellent. I will definitely repurchase again.
BODY
😊 – Nivea Body oil in lotion Rose & Argan oil – Perfect product to use in winter where you skin can get dehydrated and need more nourishing. Is like oil in a lotion without feeling heavy. It absorbs very quickly leaving your skin soft and hydrated. Great product.
😍 – Bath & Body works Mad about you body lotion. I love this line from B&BW, as the lotions have Karite and Vitamin and are perfect for my dry skin. The Mad about you fragrance is amazing, is a mix of black currant, peony and vanilla. The downside is that I don’t have a B&BW store in Amsterdam, so I buy it when I go to Mexico or US. This I bought in November while visiting my in-laws. Please let’s start a campaign to bring B&BW to NL or UK (as is closer).
