Life Update | February 2020

February has been a little meh as the weather has not been great around here.

We have had 2 storms that has brought a lot of rain and wind so not much we could have done rather to watch Netflix and chill at home.

Talking about Netflix I have been glued to 2 shows that cannot be more different, but equally good (in my personal opinion). One is Cheer that is a about a cheerleader team in deep Texas. To be honest I have never heard about that college in my life, but I was hooked to the show since episode 1. It is really good.

The other one is called The Pharmacist and is about drugs and opiods but has an interesting start and a twist and I think is about 4 episodes.

Last weekend was a very special one, not only it was Valentine’s day, but It was the 6th anniversary of my boyfriend and I. We had a very chilled day we had lunch in a nice restaurant along the Amsterdam canals and enjoy great conversation about all the thing we have lived in the last 6 years. It was really a special day.

Tulip season has already started in the Netherlands, so we will plan a visit to the tulips fields in March . If you are in Amsterdam during March -April, you should visit the tulips fields as the view is amazing.

A fun fact is that for the first time I prepared a typical pudding to my boyfriend that he has been begging me to do but I haven’t done as I didn’t have the right pan. I bought on Amazon and did my first attempt. To be honest I was not very confident of the outcome as the preparation was a little but complicated. But against all odds It turn out great and the it was delicious (The boyfriend finished in 2 days).

How has been February for you so far? anything interesting that you will like to share?

Have a good day!
