Life | Lets do it Challenge – Day 1

Hello all! I hope you are safe and well. Today I will be 34 days since I started the lock down here in the NL. So far, I think I have managed wellbeing at home and so far I have not gone crazy. But I have found that I can be distracted a little bit so I decided to do a personal challenge called Letsdoit challenge and every day I will set 3 goals that I want to achieve that day. My goals can be anything, but mostly are things I wanted to do but for some reason I have procrastinated and then always find an excuse not to do it.

Also I want to start creating some habits so after all this is over I can keep them as part of my routine. The goals are simple.

My goals of Day 1 were:

  1. Do at least 30 min of cardio
  2. Eat vegetables (at dinner)
  3. Donate clothes that I’m not longer suing

And… here how I did it:

Goal 1: DONE! I did an Instagram training class with Maria Evangelina (@ma_evangelina) and I almost died in the process (but it was so worth it) she does live training Monday – Saturday and everyday she works on a group of muscles. The classes are in Spanish

Goal 2: DONE!

Goal 3: DONE (even the picture is not pretty, I managed to get a full bag of good condition clothes and donated them already!)

So far so good, so I will keep you posted for Day 2
