Hello everybody! I’m on a good mood as is Friday (even though I’m not going anywhere) and the sun is shining in this side of the world. I started the challenge on a high as I accomplished my 3 goals and that gave motivation. As Day 1 was a great start, Day 2 was more about self-care and resuming one of my favorite’s sports: running. I love running, but when I have a period of no doing it is hard for me to get back and do the distance that I used to do. I decided to start small and be consistent and therefore the goals of Day 2 were:
- Run 3.5 km
- 50 squats
- Hydrating face mask
And… here are the results:
Goal 1: Done! I ran on the park next to my house and the afternoon was beautiful
Goal 2: Done! (this was the view I had while I was doing my squats)
Goal 3: Done! I used a sheet mask that I received as a gift with purchase in January. Was an ok mask but it gave me 15 minutes of self care.
