Life | Lets do it Challenge – Day 4

Yesterday was a little bit of hard day, as my motivation was not in the highest level and I think being already 5 weeks in quarantine really started to show the effects. But nevertheless, I stocked to the challenges, although with a couple of roadblocks, so here were the goals:

  1. Run 4 km
  2. Drink 1.5L of water (I really don’t drink much water in general)
  3. Organize my closet

Goal 1: Partially done. I started running but on min 10 I has a huge cramp on my right calve, so I couldn’t run anymore but I was able to walk, so I decided to do the distance, so I did my cardio.

Goal 2: Done! This is major for me for me as I don;t drink a lot of water and i’m trying to make this an habit (drinking more)

Goal 3: Failed. I was too exhausted to do any organization, so I have to plan that this week.

So I had an ok day, but i will keep going

on the other side, The boyfriend had his Bday last week, so I made one of his favorite desserts : Flan (quesillo in venezuela) and was a hit.
