Hello everybody, how has been the week for you so far? Mine has been productive work wise and, I have been doing some home projects that I had been procrastinating for quite a while.
Yesterday’s goals were focused on my health and creating some habits I currently don’t have. For that I decided to focus my Monday in 3 goals:
- Run 4K (after day 4 failed I still want to do it)
- Meatless Monday. I’m just starting to reduce my meat intake so i decide to have one day per week without meat dishes.
- Drink 1.5L of water (this is a tough one for me)
Goal 1: Done! I really enjoyed it! the day was perfect, and I finish it a decent time (I will improve in the future, I hope) Also got the opportunity to enjoy some Vitamin D with sun shining in Amsterdam.

Goal 2: Done! I’m getting more creative in the kitchen so having a day without meat was not a problem


Goal 3: Done! but is still a challenge for me.
