I have been in good spirits in all this 5 weeks in lock down, but yesterday I had a day where I was a little down and with no motivation. Maybe is because I have been in may house for more than a month and yesterday the Government announce that it will relaxed some measurement (very few) we will be in our houses until the end of May and all festival, concerts etc are cancelled until September 1st. I know all of this is to prevent more contacts and help the situation to get better, but I couldn’t help to feel a little bit defeated yesterday.
But on the other hand I know I’m very fortunate that I still have a job that allows me to work from home, I’m healthy with a roof over my head and food in my house and this all situation sis temporary. We will get through this..
So yesterday even though I was little down, I was even more determined to do my objectives for the day and feel good about it.
My goals were:
1.Cardio + functional exercises – 45 min
2. Drink 1.5L – still struggling with it, determined to make it a habit
3. Deep clean the kitchen
Goal 1: Done! I followed a training routine from @ma-evangelina on Instagram live and the routines was focused on Core. Was tough but worth it.
Goal 2: Done! but it was hard for me…. I usually forget to drink water during the day and only do it when I’m thirsty. Now I’m keeping a bottle next to me and mark how many I have drink. Little steps….
Goal 3: Done! Didn’t takje pictures, but now my kitchen is spotless
Bonus: Being in quarantine I’m staking the opportunity to continue using my retinol and my skin is quite dry. The Avene Eau Thermale mist has been a savior. I have a 50 ml bottle next to me, on my desk and I sprayed on my face during the day. What a treat!
