The last time I did an empties post was January and we all have this new hope of a new year and new start. New year resolutions were written, and a sense of renewal was in the air. But wow, how wrong we were. In a matter of weeks/months we are living a new reality. I have been in lock down at home for 19 days and the government last night just announced it will be extended until April 28th. Iβm fine as I have food, roof over my head I can still work from home and I’m following all the indications the government and healthcare institutions have provide us. Now we all need to do is wait and hopefully this all pass without more pain and loss
I decided to continue my post (after a long break) as a distraction of all the news and statistics being shared every single minute. Today I want to share you my empties of the lats 2 months. So here we go
π I love it! – π I like it, included it in my rotation list – π Did nothing
π I didn’t it like it at all.

FACE
π – Clarins Pure Melt cleansing gel – I love this cleanser its soft, effective and it lasted ages. Sadly this is discontinued, letβs have a moment of silenceβ¦β¦β¦.This is a nice cleanser, particularly for dry skin types. It starts off as a gel which is massaged onto dry skin and becomes an oil which melts any make up off. I hope Clarins launch a great substitute for this one.
π – Drunk elephant C-Firma Day Serum – This Vitamin C serum did nothing for me and what really bothers me is the color. The serum is orange and you cannot tell if the serum oxidizes or not and for vitamin C you need to know that. not worth the hype nor price.
π – CeraVe – Moisturizing Face Cream – Great moisturizing face cream for normal to dry skin. This is a great value for money option. It has ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. It absorbs quickly and last a long time. I Highly recommend it.
π – Bioderma Crealine H2O micellar water. What can I say that it has not said already? This is a great makeup remover, specially for eye makeup. Excellent product and always in my stash. I will try now the new one for pigmentation, I hope is equally great. Is my holy grail.
π – Clinique ID BB cream – This was a sample a friend gave me, when Clinique launched this product in the UK. I just don’t know what to say, it did nothing out of the ordinary that moisturize and that is that. Maybe is great product but I don’t see it for me.

BODY
π – La Roche Posay Cicaplast mains – Excellent hand cream to repair dry hands and its perfect for winter or people that washes their hands frequently (all of us now). It is packed with Niacinamide and glycerine. It absorbs quickly and has no scent, Another great product from the Cicaplast family. Always in my stash.
π – Bath and Body works Waikiki coconut beach body lotion – (now comes in a new presentation. The scent of this lotion is amazing it transport you to the beach. the B&BW body lotions are great with shea butter, coconut oil & vitamin E. It absorbs very quickly. I used to mix it with my Nivea body lotion for the days I just want a little bit of scent. Next time I’m in Mexico I will buy another one.
π – Rituals – Ritual of karma foot lotion – I got this products as a gift with purchase at Rituals. The size was great and it last me a good couple of months. It a nice product, absorbs quickly and have a refreshing scent, but if you have dry feet like mine you need something more nourishing like my beloved Flexitol.
Do you have any empties from March or products you continue to purchase again and again? I would love to hear what they are in the comments!
Note: there are no affiliate links in this post and I have purchased the products mentioned (excepts the one that were a gift either from a friend or with purchase)
I love the emoji ratings haha!
